May 15-17 is a Silent Sidelines Weekend

May 15 - 17 is a CJSA statewide SILENT SIDELINES WEEKEND. Spectators should refrain from making any comments to players, coaches or referees. Applauding efforts of the players is permitted. The goals of Silent Sidelines Weekend are to:

  • Develop our players to make decisions on the field without sideline intervention.
  • Improve the players’ communication on the field by reducing the outside noise level.
  • Support our youth referees by eliminating dissension from the sidelines.

The CJSA is "requesting that all spectators remain silent on these weekends. For the sake of our kids, we are asking for one weekend where we stand back and just let the players play. We would like to provide each player at least one game of their season that is free of the distractions caused by spectators screaming and yelling at them." More information about the SILENT SIDELINES WEEKEND is available on the CJSA website.

At Valley Soccer Club, our focus has always been on creating a positive, fun, and supportive environment for our players. But behind every training session, game day, and club event is a dedicated group of individuals working hard to make it all happen. We’re excited to introduce the people who help bring VSC to life — our board members and coaching staff. Faces in the VSC Community From organizing programs and managing operations to coaching on the field and mentoring players, our board and coaches play an essential role in shaping the experience for every athlete and family in our community. Our board members work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the club continues to grow in the right direction, focusing on player development, community engagement, and long-term success. Our coaches are at the heart of what we do. They bring passion, knowledge, and energy to every session, helping players build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. The VSC Community What makes Valley Soccer Club special isn’t just what happens on the field — it’s the people who make up our community. Our staff is committed not only to developing strong players, but also to supporting well-rounded individuals who value teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship. VSC is committed to building the next generation of our regional community. Get to Know Us We invite you to take a moment to get to know the faces behind the club. You’ll see them on the sidelines, at trainings, and supporting our players every step of the way. This is just the beginning — we look forward to continuing to grow together as a club and community. — VSC
